Relatively Small Project - Light graphic design, PHP/MySQL/AJAX

Hello, I own a web development company [login to view URL] and we are looking for a new contractor and are willing to give you a relatively small new website project as a trial for bigger work. This will involve PHP/MySQL, AJAX, FB Login, and some very light graphic design work. For the graphic design, you must be able to do it either yourself or have someone on your team that can do it. A rough description of the project is users log in via FB, upload a picture with a caption. Other users can then rate the picture up or down and the website displays a grid of the highest rated pictures. A basic admin interface to review flagged pictures and see a list of the user accounts registered will also be required. You will need to build this to be desktop and mobile compatible, either with a separate mobile site or a responsive strategy for mobile. The graphics of the site will be very simple, with just some stylized text as the logo and a white background, but we just need some light graphic design elements like drop shadows, etc behind the pictures so that the website doesn't look flat. You may use any CMS or framework, as long as it's PHP/MySQL. To start, please send me some samples of PHP programming work along with some graphic design work that you have done.
