I had a database made from a freelancer to enter time for my employees every week and then to be able to run many different reports from that data. We have been using it for a number of years and it has been a great program, but it has started having a few little glitches and we would like to update it to make sure it is quick and efficient. Also we had a tool checkout program added to it, and though it was set up, it never quite did what it was supposed to do. I need someone who is very proficient and understands how to make a clean concise program to clean up our existing program so it no longer has the issues it's having and make the tool program finally function as it should.
