Replicate Website Functionality (from existing code) - SQUAREUP API Experience Required

I have a very simple script which allows people to purchase tickets from my website. The full process is done on a single page and the data is stored in an mysql database Currently they choose a date, time and quantity , make payment via a popup which is connected to the square API. On return it confirms the sale to the user Normally we only have 1 venue but this project has a number of them so I would like to add a couple of things to the DB so we can create a number of versions of the page. Also the current setup sends just the invoice ID to Square. I want to add an 2 extra fields ( from data which is already captured) to include name and telephone. I have the new layout coded in html so all you will need to do is transfer the function part over to the new layout. I will show you the code before we start so everyone is clear but this is a few hours work at most. Please do not bid and then tell me its days of work as one of my team built the whole thing in 4 hours and I have copied the function a ton of times.
