resize image and saves it to another folder (with php)

i want this to be in php!! so that i can get the image then copy's the image and resize to a thumbnail size then saves the thumbnail to another folder but keeps the original image as is the thumbnail folder name is thumbnail it will be in UserSpice Version 5.4.4 PHP /home/sys/php7.1/[login to view URL] 7.1.33 DB Version 5.7.27 i will be accepting the lowest bid
