Restaurant menu builder

We need a page where user would be able to - create a new restaurant menu - edit restaurant menu - preview the menu All the menus will use same background, no need for adding backgrounds, keep it simple. We need something similar what this website is offering: [login to view URL] But without changing fonts, styles etc. Everything hsould be predefined. What we need in details: - responsivness (mobile, ipad, pc) - no flash - button( or buttons) to switch between 1,2,3 columns (per each entry, soups could have 1 column, and coffees 3 columns) - draggable entries, and inline editing (like on this website, but no need for modal window, just inline editing [login to view URL]) - support for multiple prices (best positioned on the right, in line with the title) - all menus will be one page only, no need for multipage support - uploading images - optional, unless it scales properly - support for adding icons (spicyness level, veg etc) All data should be saved in the DB or file, we don't care as long as it is properly sanitised. No need for storing data in multiple columns, tables.
