RESTful APIserver with Autorization with Codeigniter or Node.js

I have a codeigniter webproject running on a 7.2 versin php . I need a RESTFul APIserver with autorization to use in mobile app developement. Mobile api will interact with website by this API Server. Example will have based on 2 main mysql db table (each has a connected table also to get some info) This api server project will be an example for us to generate all project. Thats way we will be using only 3-4 tabel to create example. You can find example table as attached. What we need 1 – Listing 2 – Adding 3 – Deleting 4 – Show details of an id. 5 – Uploading Picture during add. 6 – Listing with cases for example a. Listing according to category b. Listing according to category, city, c. Lisiting according to city, district 7 – Listing by search. 8 – Any error wil be returned with a reply to user. USer will login to make necessary rest api request. To test the work we will be using POSTMAN. Please use bitbuclet for this project. So ı can pull the project easily. We will do our test under a domain hosting. You will be creating your example db according to attached image.
