Quotation older than 3 months shall not be acceptable in the Order screen. Shipping Address shall pop out once the customer clicks on SAVE button. By Default, the Shipping address shall be blank." Once the customer has saved the order, the Order number shall be emailed to the customer and ABC email ID Such Orders received in SAP should be in Non Released state. Once the Discount and payment terms are agreed offline by the customer, ABC representative shall release the order by making necessary amendments of Discount and payment terms. After release of Order in SAP, the message shall flow to the customer on his email ID along with pdf attachment giving details of Part number, Description, Qty, Billing Adress, Shipping address, Discount, payment terms etc. ** Quote for SAP development only **Note "1) The customer data base and Parts Data base along with price master should lie in the portal so that the customer does not have to wait for the data to transfer from portal to SAP frequently. 2) Customer data base and Parts Data base should get updated on portal once in a day from SAP 3) Once the SAVE button on Quotation and Order screens are pressed, the data should migrate ONLY then from portal to SAP."
