Searching for Full Stack Web Developer in Czech republic

Hi there, we're small team based in Czech republic and our business is selling clothing online. Our store is small but quite popular. We're constantly making quick pivots and trying out different ideas. To speed things up we're searching for someone too lazy to make his own business but ambitious enough to participate in taking over online clothing business :) What fundamental skills are needed from you: x) PHP x) Mysql x) JavaScript/Jquery x) Apache/Nginx x) Git x) Not being afraid to say your own opinion :) x) Good enough Czech language to be able to fix misspellings, translate short UI texts and generally keep it looking good grammatically correct. x) We work at GMT+1 Time Zone but some members work at night, it gets mostly solved by async communication. x) You would need to be able to hack little bit of old spaghetti, sometimes refactor for better architecture. x) Being able to travel to our warehouse for a couple of days when needed(warehouse is located in Brno suburb, we'll pay for your travel and stay). Our shop is based on heavily modified OpenCart. If you ever worked with OpenCart - cool, but if not and you're a PHP dev with experience of MVC(or other OOP patterns) it should be a piece of cake for you to learn how it works. Here's the working process: Sometimes there can be a lot of tasks, sometimes its still. There could be days when nothing is up but its quite a rare thing, usually we have a bunch of tasks constructed, waiting to be done. We have a list of tasks in Trello - you just pick what you want to do now. There is an exception to this when something is a priority, like a discovered bug that critically affects current operations. All our team is about 15 people and we're all in You'll have to develop most stuff on your local server. I'll send you an instruction and files, local deploy is easy. Here's the payment process: We divide work by tasks. You can measure up time that task took and bill us whenever you feel like it. We can setup any regularity that suits you. We provide detailed specs about db changes, pseudo code, screenshots and mockups when needed. Estimated budget set for this project is a stub.
