Simple App for Android & Iphone that shows graphs pulling data from API

Hi Team,
I want to build a Simple app, that once the user downloads it, it should maintain customer backups, which is performed on my already developed system and you should pull data from there.
The App both on Android and IPhone should perform
- Simple authentication/User Creation
- Welcome Screen
- CRUD for Backup Plans (on my side I will later edit via PHPMYAdmin so I can update)
- The Read View Pulls data from an API that you should request on message (JSon or XML)
- The Create should trigger webservice (that we already developed) so you need only to send email, name and company (that ID is you tight up to the api show backup data)
Bottom Line, you develop an app to manage users and create one on our systems...
and tight that ID to the app User. That way you can pull the backup information (hosts and backup plan status).
Code should comply with Google Play and Apple Store so send me the final piece and further data so we can approve it and make it available.
I guess that's it, kindly provide a bid to make the app in the air only. Later probably we're going to put maintenance so be kind on this one.
