Simple link sharing php script

The website is a link sharing website, something like [login to view URL], with a twist. The website contains one main front page with a form that will allow users to enter their link sharing details. The form to submit an entry contains the following fields: - website url (mandatory) - auto-generated code (based on the link details) (mandatory) - title of the link (optional) - link description (optional) - 3 tags (optional) - 3 badges (optional) - 1 featured image (optional) The main page also contains a listing of submitted links and breadcrumbs functionality must be present. Once the user submits the link, the admin receives a notification and must approve the link before the link is available on the main page. There is not account for the users, so no registration required. But I need a simple back-end for the admin: - one page as setting page that will hold some simple features like admin e-mail accounts (3 fields), a section for advertising code and some other features. - after the admin logs in, the main front page will show additional features such as EDIT, APPROVE/REJECT, DELETE for each submitted entry. So, there will be a requirement for MySQL data base and the php script will manage all functionality. All generated links will contain some meta data (e.g. IP of each link) visible only to the admin. I am providing fully validated HTML5 template, I just need the functionality.
