Simple mobile site and backend needed , any language is ok

Mechanic users can really do to much for phase 1, all they can do is add profile pics change basic profile info that’s it. -When mechanics sign up they should get a text and email and admin should get a text and email saying Text/ email should say New Mechanic Sign Up First Name Last Name Mobile Phone State City ASE Certified Yes or No [login to view URL] Admin backend features -Needs to be able to search mechanics and Customers by state , and customers using order number/ each project that gets posted has a order number. Just a long list I can switch from customers to search by state or order number and mechanics. -Needs to be able to edit order details every time a project posts it creates a new customer/project. -I need to able to adjust prices on Get estimate Page. - I need to be able to edit the blog , change the youtube video on home page , edit the content of home page and meta titles , page names , meta description of each page. -I need to be able to add notes to a order. -Once the order is paid in the backend I need unpaid orders and paid orders to search from. -I need our facebook likes to show and facebook group linked to home page footer. -I need to be able to edit the blogs pages / file names / meta info / upload videos in the blog using hyperlinks or embedded codes from youtube. -I need facebook pixal to be added - I need google analytics code to be added -admin cell phone is 9526879510 and my email is support@[login to view URL] needs to get a text and email of order details when previewed and checked out -When mechanics sign up i need a text and email say a new mechanic signed up there name and phone number and city / state there in and mechanic user needs this to -To sign up with mobile mechanic .com as a customer you have to post a repair project.
