Simple workflow automation on microsoft environment

Create an software using open sources with the following features. 1. To be run in an internal server (but capable of running in public domain in the future) web based. Please recommend the hardware server, OS, scrpting language, middleware, etc. 2. Mail Merging. the automatic addition of names and addresses from a database to letters and envelopes in order to facilitate sending mail, especially advertising, to many addresses. 3. Allow uploading of microsoft word documents (from client machine and on the server) to automatically convert to a HTML email and automatically add my company's letterhead on it. 4. Client machine should be able to use any browser to access the server. 5. The html email will need to be signed using an electronic usb pad attached to the client's machine. (please recommend the exact writing pad model that you will be using the more commonly available, simple and cheaper device will be preferred - this should be available internationally). 6. Allow option for creating and attaching ics calendar in the email. 7. Once the html email is complete with a signer name and signature, it is to be archived on the server before letter the user select the email recipients. 8. Email being sent will also automatically cc the sender and his/her boss. 9. Each email been sent will be automatically be printer on a local printer. 10. Fully documented codes and user manual written in microsoft docx must be provided. This include all necessary flowcharts, versions and full details of all items for this project . 11. Before awarding the project to you, you are expected to send me a demonstration copy. 12. You are also expected to provide your / your company full details from your country's authority so that we can ascertain your identity and fulfillment capability. 13. At least 5 years warranty period for your project. 14. All IT security aspects must be covered in this project. Your abilities in programming, hardware and network are essential.
