Hello, I am a tech enthusiast and have been managing servers since I was 14. There are several reasons why your site might be slow. Since it was fine now and just became slow this could be overload of your server config (not resources) or a caching issue. Apache (or Nginx) are great webservers but are ridiculously slow out of the box. For e.g. Apache uses mpm_prefork which is extremely memory intensive. mpm_event makes things a lot better. Your server is MASSIVE overkill for your traffic requirements (its not a bad thing). Making sites fast is kind of my thing. Been doing this for more than a decade. I can help you find the bottleneck and fix no matter what webserver and config you have. P.S.
