Skilled PHP/Laravel Developer needed for Encoding of Pre-designed HTML template

Dev Requirements : Php/laravel , Mysql and Api Implementation
Work tasks : Encode a web app based on API calls. We have an HTML template of the web app ready for you. We already have the back-end api ready for the web app . Users will need to setup 2fa authentication for first time registration, user name, password and api key. The API implementation is encrypted end to end so the app will need TLS encryption. The API is encrypted end to end using openssl.

POST parameters:
method= name of the command you want to execute
request= request array is json encoded and encrypted with public key. This array includes api_key, cmd (command to execute) and timestamp (unix timestamp of current time)
signature= signature generated from post parameters (post parameters are alphabatically sorted) excluding nonce
nonce= one time encryption key used
encryption method for signature generation: openssl_encrypt
