Small portal to filter numbers & send whatsapp messages

Background: We want to send a bulk whatsapp message to our students by using filters like 2021 passout or Engineering students ..etc We have purchased a bulk whatsapp sending service from 3rd party. We have lot of whstapp nos for marketing purpose, like BE students numbers, BCom students nos, State wise nos, already enquired students nos ….etc Now we want a portal to send whatsapp message ( using above vendor API) by filtering the numbers based on the criteria. Ex: I want to send whatsapp message to only BE students who have passed in 2021. So by using filter I should be able to send whatsapp message. Portal functionalities: ○ Log in ( admin panel) – Single user only. ○ Admin uploads data ( nos, names, education,city, course..etc) using excel/csv file. ○ Admin uses filter & writes the message, upload image/video & send the whstapp message, The new portal should use API & send it ○ Admin should have option to add new data ○ Admin should have option to delete existing data. ○ Duplicate rows/numbers should be ignored. admin can use the on-page filters to narrow down the message recipients. admin will add the text message to be sent. admin can optionally choose to attach media files with the message as well.
