Hi, I am looking to go into the estate agency market and am looking for a competent developer(s) to create a software for me. This will be a fully loaded CRM software and all components The basic idea of the software is this: App/Web Based software in which I can interact with landlords and students all within the same application. Compatible with all mobile device OS' - Landlords/Students will have some common features such as uploading documents, checking messages and can have profiles associated to themselves. - The main page of the software will be a list of properties available to rent out. Users of the app can view the listings (If possible, Virtual Tours/videos to be added to each listing). - Students can then choose to reserve the property by filling out a form and their details are sent to the admin automatically. Admin will contact them using the details used in the form and process everything from there. - Admin is able to send messages to users of the app and view any messages that users have sent about anything. - Students would be able to upload documents that admin require which would automatically be stored on an online server space. -Students can create accounts and upload personal details such as phone number/email address but everything is protected with high security. Admin is the only person who is able to view this information -Admin is able to view all documents (on a laptop) and needs to have an integrated calendar to schedule appointments. -Developer/team will need to test this so there is 0 latency and many users can use this app at once with no downside. - Contact Us icon will open WhatsApp/FaceBook Messenger so they can message on that (Only if in-house messaging is not available) Whatever is the easier option. These are the generic and high level points of what the software and you are more than welcome to comment/add points if you think it works. Once this initial software is created and the quality is very high, I have additional work/requirements that can be added in the future. So there will be loads of work if you provide a good service. I want the whole process to be online and as much of it automated as possible.
