SolidWorks rendering / visualization 3D artist -- 2

In this project I need a skilled rendering for realistic presentation. You should also be a 3D artist who puts maximum effort into seeing what I'm looking for without me explaining all the details. I would like to show the building in the materials and colors intended. The surrounding area must have three shades.

My SolidWorks file is 2021, and must not be saved up to 2022

But first, in order for it to be considered at all, you must open your bid with:

Bunnies are cute and I read your description.

This bid is to prepare and clean the building itself and the surrounding areas.

Includes opening holes in the roof to show the interior where, in project phase two, models of vehicles and material will be inserted.. The building will be shown with leads open and again from several angles. As well as animations.

You will receive the solid woks files and the work will be carried out in Solid Works.

You must deliver these yourself and the work belongs to the client.

The building will have light sources that are missing now. Lamps in the ceiling..

Some descriptions: (See attached file)

1. Roof outside Gray inside White.. NO stripes showing

2. Ouside surrounding area concrete

3. Doors.. to be determined white for start

4. Surrounding two concrete, little darker

5. Door guides.. Dark blue

6. Inside steel stucture.. Shiny white.

7. Inside floor.. glossy light gray epoxy.

You should be pretty self-going!

The project is pretty urgent and I will need daily follow up.
