Solve Some Issues in website and admin panel -- 2

A. Admin Control Panel Create Upload PDF File in Package Management Admin should be able to upload, Edit, Delete uploaded PDF files. B. Package Condition for active and logged users: Package content and links should show after login for those users already logged and active otherwise this section is completely unavailable for other users who are not logged or active into system. Note: Even if they have URL link, and if they are not logged into system, they won’t be able to open it and page will be redirected to 404 pages. Note: If users are not logged into system, package is not available even in top menu header on website, after login, then this section will be appeared in the top menu header. We have four different users, 1) admin 2) supplier 3) customers 4) guests Package Section is ONLY available for these users if they are active and logged into system. C. Solve showing Package Validity and type in package details and add download PDF file. Conditions: 1) Developer should be an expert in PHP codeigniter 2) We only provide FTP access to specific folder which is related to this project. 3) We do not provide full source code or cpanel to any developer.
