Speed Up Website

I have a website ([login to view URL]) focused on product reviews, but also heavily on affiliate marketing. I had a developer build my website, and it was initially slow, but now seems even worse. I want to increase it's speed to actual full page load times of less than 5 seconds, ideally less than 3 seconds for all pages, including the main landing page. I have spent a great deal of time trying to speed up my website. I have already installed several plugins (WP Rocket, Hummingbird, Smush, etc.) and I am using Cloudflare. I have also migrated from BlueHost to SiteGround to try to speed up the site. I am also using Amazon Web Services (AWS) to host images remotely. At this point I feel like I have exhausted these somewhat simple measures, and I need advanced help. I need someone who is extremely skilled in page speed optimization, and has an expert understanding of code, modifying code, interpreting page metric results (i.e. GTMetrix, Google Page Speed Insights, Pingdom), and how to look at those complex results, and modify my page to reduce or eliminate those problems. You should understand results like using GZip, serving resources from a consistent URL, remove query strings from static resources, add expires headers, make fewer HTTP requests, reduce DOM elements, use cookie free domains, etc. You should be able to work with themes, CSS, Javascript, HTML, etc. You should be able to actively change the page and code to improve site loading through these and other means. It would also be very helpful if you understand affiliate marketing, plugins like Woocommerce, Woozone, Content Egg Pro, Amazon Affiliate marketing etc., since these are utilized on my site, and affect page speed. I am looking for REAL page speed improvements. I will not be happy if GTMetrix says I have a 2 second page load speed, but it actually takes 10-15 seconds to load fully. It is very unlikely that this will be accomplished using plugins only. I am also not looking to spend a large amount of money, as my site is making little to no money at this time, though this is somewhat flexible.
