Hi there! I have 20 years experience with web development - the last ten years using JavaScript. I work on a day-to-day basis with the MEAN stack, and am always setting up and configuring Linux servers. Crontab is something I use on most web server project, so I am happy that I know what needs to be done here. There is a lot of scheduling options available to crontab, so my first step, upon acceptance would be to produce a wireframe mockup first, then onto a working UI, then onto the actual backend database and crontab export. Question: would you want the app to actual update the live crontab file for a given user, or simply written into a named folder - as you suggested?
