Translate Python Program into a web application

I have written a stock screener in python. I want a program written in php that will work as close to my program as possible. The end goal is to be able to host my stock screener on a website created through wix.com.
Also, I currently run a python code to download a csv of todays stock data and update an excel database with todays stock data. I want to be able to run my program on my computer but have some sort of script (preferably php) that would allow me to easily update a mysql database to be the same as my excel database with the updated information.
So in summary:
1.) Translate a python program to php where it will run on a [login to view URL] website
2.) Create a php script that will take the contents of an excel file and update a mysql database

Hello, As your code is already Python I suggest to use Django framework with python. I can do it with Djang+Python and you can use any database like mysql, postgresql, sqlite, etc. Regards, Fuat
