UNI e-Thesis Application

The scope of this project is to replace thesis form with the our eForm solution and an application (user interface – called UNI-App ) to support this solution. The project aims to create the application side of the UNI e-Thesis project. Note that the UNI e-Thesis project exists out of 3 parts: • Application: This will drive the e-Form solution and is the topic of this project. We will refer to this application as UNI-Application. • e-Form: Is a solution, based on PDF/XML/JavaScript, that are being called through the application through API’s. • Work Flow: This part is linking the e-Form part to the application part, in that it will collect the data through e-Form, but will manage the approval process through the application. The API’s needed to call the eForm solution are not part of the project, and will be provided by us. The development team needs to take into consideration that the use of these API’s may require a basic knowledge of the eForm solution as well. The Application platform should work on Web Browser (Phase 1), Android (Phase 1) and iOS-Mobile (Phase 2). The application needs to be multi language. A Language Dictionary (Table) needs to be made, so that additional languages can be added. Notification center: Functionality needs to be added to send emails and to have pop-up messages.
