Update Laravel project (change 2 views, controllers, etc)

I have a Laravel 5.6 project that was created by [login to view URL] using their team tenancy module ([login to view URL]). The admin panel has no dependency on special code created by QAP, it is 100% pure Laravel and eloquent relationships ect. What I need is to remove some portion of create/edit user form views and make those form items default values based on the current users role. I have detailed the instruction in the git repo and will provide you access (will need you public ssh key) for you to work in a branch of master. I have attached two pdfs to give you visual idea of work needed and [login to view URL] for more details. If you are wiz at Laravel 5.6 this should not take more than an hour to fix and another hour to test. Deliverables: All code will be checked into a branch; source will be well documented for all the changes; you will provided a detailed doc on filenames, lines, and changes (from/to) so that I can recreate the steps at will.
