Update Website - php Project

Finalise our website. The site is nearly completed & currently operational with code on the server... We need someone to pick up where our last coder left off.. we want the site to be updated quickly ( Max 5 days) We have a fully working site (updates will be supplied in discussions) We want an admin (backend) to have a few addtional functions The site is pretty simple but we want someone to take direction & finalise without to much questions.. - add button on entry page to split site into 2 areas - add splash page (supplied) to be in background not visable on front end - Finalise site so its in full working order - Add new functions in Floor Plans & Home & land Packages - update Icons - Add delete & sort contacts also for form to be emailed - Fix Get Started form & inbed into website also template Must have financial calculators & stamp duty calculators designed for the finance section in top menu (reference will be supplied). include Basic SEO (Search Engine Optimisation) into the website page code No partial Milestone payments will be paid until the site is fully working on our server this is what freelancer is for as we have been burnt before paying partial payment & jobs not been compelted ( so please do not ask we have been on Freelancer fro over 5 years & never paid anyone who hasnt completed the task please check)
