We have a Moodle instance running in 2.5 with the following,

- custom theme

- add ons: sub page, collapsed topic, scorm etc

- blocks: custom blocks

- modules: custom modules

- code: tweaked based on our needs

We now want to upgrade the same without losing any of the above and data to 3.4, the latest version of Moodle. We need support for the same.
