I urgently need a simple UI PHP script that can create a transaction ID (payment), allocate an OTP number to it and then use this OTP number as a hash/verification to recognize transaction details, and then use the user's digital certificate to send an encrypted and signed communication back to the server (to confirm transaction). This is for a demo/prototype/proof-of-concept and not for a final product. You will need to source and install an online signature/encryption library/script. FTP/Mysql and SSH access to VPS server will be provided. You will need to create the mysql tables/database The simple web user interface will need to be responsive for Mobile phones (Android Samsung S7 Edge)
