Video call feature for the learning management portal

I need video call option on my website This is just a basic module that I need to integrate first in my learning management portal. Description: Hey Devs, The project is basically based on teacher and student communication over a video call. where a student can book teacher once he seems online. A student can book teacher's Time by paying money and after a time elapse on video conversation, he can give the rating to the teacher. The core functionality(Video call) I am looking is to be more scalable and feasible, and it should work on all the browser. peer to peer. (one to one communication would be fine.) Right now as a developer I have build something with the help of WebRTC but its buggy and only working in Mozilla browser. Also, i am having the good suggestions for research and implements. The student can buy/book Teachers time and can clear doubts online. *. The core functionality of calling should work in all browser and should be perfect. As well time management should be good.
