Video content security system on my website (WEB SECURITY)

I have a website where student learn CPA marketing, and i want to lock the embeded video tutorials until users verify payment susbcriptions... these are the requirements 1. duplicate the profile pages into four (4) as per subscription plans. (BASIC USER) (ELITE USER) (PREMIUM USER) (VIP) 2. change the header background color into 4 beautiful colors as per user subcription plan (to show different between user subscription) 3. auto lock all contents on all profiles until user verify their payments. 4. Guide us through uploading files to our webhosting service.
