Vtiger 2 small bugs

Hi ! I'm interested by your project. I have a lot of experience in PHP, MySQL, jQuery, AJAX and vTiger. I can create a module that will "inject" jQuery and JS code in the Product module to add the "Tax Rate". Going this way will prevent any modifications to core files.
