Hi. I'm looking for a WEB development. Objectives: To put in touch microenterprises and micro-entrepreneurs with accountants (focused in non-experienced people), in order that both have a platform to introduce theirselves, enterprises can choose accountant for an specific job (or contract), and professionals can fix their fees without platform deductions. Enterprises and accountatns must contract trough my web, and I'm going to charge an (annual/biannual /quarterly) membership to the enterprise and to the accountant. WEB designer must enable payment systems (PayU, Credit/debit cards).
Both type of users must login in the WEB. Enterprises that have paid the membership can find legal asessment and can put their needs. Accountants that have paid the membership can find advising (insurance policies, advice on how much to charge for their fees), and a list of Jobs or contracts without the name of the enterprise. My job is to compare and match the professional profile of the accountant to the enterprise profile. Once do that, enterprise and accountant can sign the contract. Accountants are under an asessment system (score), that should influence in future jobs.
