Web script for placing auction bids online

I need a program written that will place bids on an online auction site. The site works on the basis of posting items alongside a 'minimum bid' value which your offer must be above. It does not tell you what other offers have been placed, however it also does not allow the placing of multiple bids of the same value. As such, I would like to hire a freelance programmer to create a program which will place incremental bids on items and log whether or not the offer was accepted through the system.
