Web site work, text on page needs to change when Video on Video Player changes

I have a video player on a web site that allows the user to select between different videos. See [login to view URL] I have different text that goes with each video. So what I want to do is have the text from the video be display at the bottom of the page. The text will need to change when the video changes. The text is in the video player, when you press the [i] icon in the video player you will see the text I am talking about appear. To get an idea, this web page has the feature I want. You can see that when a different video is select the information at the bottom of the screen changes. [login to view URL] So essentially, when the video changes in the video player, the text at the bottom of the screen should change. Essentially, copies the text from the information in the video player. I figure this can be done with a call back function, however I don't have any documentation on the callback API. I am open to ideas on how this can be achieved, but would like a method where future updates of WordPress and the Plugins are not effected.
