I need to do streaming with webcam on my nginx server directly, like on [Removed for encouraging offsite communication which is against our Terms and Conditions -Section 13:Communication With Other Users] but with out decoder like OBS, FMLE, Raspberry Pi or another.

Hello I am interested. I think that will be better if you explain how it should work, because there no sense to run it without live encoder, or you are expecting that nginx connect to your local camera directly?
