Contractors - Purpose - Generate leads for contractors.
Users Looking for Contractors would come onto the site and create a post,
Posts Include text - photo or video of the project space/item,
a budget range for the project
a schedule for when they need the project done and a brief description of what they want.
After submission contractors who've signed up to the site will be able to browse for these projects listed based on by the category of work and distance from their place of business.
When the contractors bid for the lead, they will be able to send the user a message giving them a free estimate and further project details.
The user would then be given a list of the contractors who are bidding for their project with their messages and estimates.
The contractor selected by the user would then be notified and given the user's full contact information and would be charged 10% of the estimate posted by the contractor.
- WOULD THIS BE 10% TO THE BUDGET? EXAMPLE $1,000 TOTAL WOULD BE $100

The system once a SITE POSTER ADDS an JOB to the website on his page he will have a drop down to select from
JOB OPEN (ALL USERS CAN SEND MESSAGES)
JOB CLOSED (HE SELECTED NO ONE OR SOURCED SOMEWHERE ELSE, CONTRACTORS WILL KNOW HES NOT INTERESTED - NO POSTS HERE)
JOB AWARDED ---> This kind of follows up what we spoke about on the phone and then I think the best way would be for him to even write the name here of the user if he wishes.
So It would allow them to select Job Awarded then a box would come up for them to type in this name, only ADMIN would see the name.
This way you now get an idea in the site admin section of who won and you can even read their job terms and pricing.
The job is closed and it was awarded to USER A. Now you can contact USER A for payment.

it then asks USER to select which person is winner
so for example he selects USER R
now ADMIN in his backend he sees PROJECT 1 is awarded to USER R
PROJECT 1 -> Winner USER R --> UNPAID
he now sees project was for $1,000 --> 10% commission to ask for is $100.
So now he contacts user and sends him billing address to get check sent to him or any way to get paid
once he gets paid OUTSIDE of website, he then changes UNPAID to PAID.
