Website includes workstation tracking system and delivery system for UI

Hello, I need a website, work list management and tracking system. The company is a dry cleaning company which includes pickup and delivery services. The customer must be able to register and view billing info as well as tracking their package. The warehouse team must be able to scan received items when they receive, process customer clothes, drop off customer package. Also they need to create invoice for the customer and charge the customer credit card on file. When items pickup an email notification must be send to customer as well as when it drops off at customer location along with a proof of drop off which is an image taken by delivery personal. The project is not rushed. Also please make sure that the entire process of tracking must be used by pre-printed labels and scanner. Please see below for more details. Looking for a website to have the following features 1. User registration 2. Users access panel 3. Users product tracking Users account info must be hold on a different server. Info includes invoices Product Tracking Billing info and address Warehouse admin panel must include: Ability to scan barcode for the package received and scan the laundry that use to wash the cloths. Tracking system must include: Pick up, process pending, drop off At each step, we should be able to scan the assigned barcode, once drop off completed must be able to include the picture of drop off for the customer. Also, system must be able to send notification to customers that their packaged has been picked up and drop off.
