Looking for someone who has developed a real-time face morphing web application. The planned application works as follows mainly. 1. User opens the application on a PC with a webcam. 2. User selects parameters such as gender, age, etc. (The details will be explained later.) 3. User takes a photo of the user or select a photo from the PC. Taking photos require multiple trials as the user wishes. It also requires general features such as positioning, resizing, zooming in and out, and so on of the selected photo. 4. The application shows morphed photos based on algorithms less than 20 seconds. The faster the better. Benchmark apps will be given to explain what exactly it needs to be done in terms of the algorithms. 5. Out of the morphed photo, it shows an animated silly smiling face for a few seconds when the user clicks on the face. It is not a static photo, but an animation with a silly facial expression. 6. User may email, print, save or upload both the morphed photo in JPEG image format and the silly smiling face in GIF image format onto Facebook, or send via various messengers such as Whatsapp, Wechat, etc. Scope of work: 1. You have to develop the whole application including designing the algorithms. 2. The menus and words on the application will be changed into a non-English language of which we will provide you later. 3. The source code with documentation should be given to us. 4. It should work as a non-network application as well. 5. The freelancer should make it available on smartphone, too. Notes - Payment will be made in EUR, INR, RMB or USD. - The payment will be released after full delivery of the project with the requirements agreed.
