Woocommerce Booking Plugin customization

Hi, I'm using the wootheme woocommerce Booking plugins. I use it to sell classes. Some of these classes are taught in English and some in French. I would like to add a backend option (checkbox) to allow admin to select whenever that date is teach in ENGLISH or FRENCH. On the front end, next to the hour of the class, the language of the class should be displayed. Write : "I love bananas" so i know you read the complete proposal. I also use the Polylang translation plugin. So what I do is only edit the "default" language product (french) and the changes are synced to the english language (quantity, price, date) So I need that customization to be synced to the english version too example (with screenshot) --> Backend : admin check the box : "ENGLISH" for a specific date because that date is taught in English ---> Backend -> that checkbox value is saved to the database and synced to the english product (polylang plugin) ---> Frontend, whenever a visitor click a date, it displays the time (already doing it) and next to it the language of the class. The changes need to be done using a child theme and be update persistent
