WordPress database fix

My wordpress site is not loading, due to a mysql database issue. It overloads the server with mysql queries and never finishes loading. Here is a sample of the sql queries that do not seem to complete (taken from the server log)

I checked the wp_options table and I do not think that is is too big and causing the problem (I know this common Wordpress problem).
