I have created a wordpress multisite for our home party plan. In this system each consultant get's their own site. The multisite is set up as subdomain replication.
I need a plugin that creates
1) a main menu item within each multisite called Site Profile
2) Upon clicking the menu item the site admin is presented with a form asking for name, email address, phone, city, state, facebook url, twitter url, google plus url, linkedin url, youtube video url, My Funny Story (text area), My Favorite Product (textarea), About Me (text area)
3) Each form field above needs a short code. These short codes are placed within the site (by me, super admin), so that each site is customized with the consultants information. Somehow, the super admin (me) needs to know what the shortcode is for each form field. (on the user multisites (not super admin), this information should not be visible)
Additional: Ultimately, Super Admin (me) should be able to add fields to the form. When I add fields to the form, a shortcode should be created to match that field.
I should be able to designate if the field is text, text area, drop down, check box, etc.
Text Areas should use a wysiwig editor.
My Thoughts: I think that this plugin needs to create it's own table within the multisite. Keep in mind, the shortcodes needs to work WITHOUT anyone being signed in to the system.
The form needs to be able to be edited. If the consultants phone number changes, they need to be able to come back to the form and change that entry.
I will also need some brief instructions as to how to place the proper code into the template to pull in the shortcodes and customize the site,
Something like (I suspect)
<li><i class="fa fa-phone"></i> <a href="callto:<?php echo $cbt_options['social-phone']?>"><?php echo $cbt_options['social-phone']?></a></li>
<?php } ?>
