Wordpress plugin coding

Hello, The most sensitive part of the project is to develop a plugin (maybe there is even something that I have not used before) so that based on the answers on a form, the system can generate a diet recommendation based on size, weight, and other issues that are answered in each questionnaire. The steps are these: 1. When a user registers, he creates a profile where general user data will be received such as: emial, name, age, height, weight, country, city, objective, etc. and also requires to be able to upload photographs. 2. There is a link to complete a form that will allow you to create a personalized nutritional and exercise plan. 3. When you have completed the questionnaire, a function is executed via zapier to integrate with Google Sheets and update the list of customers daily and the routine is executed (via the custom plugin) to generate the nutritional plan and from a Google-type document slides (or powerpoint), a copy of it will be created with the data of each user in PDF format. The logic and parameters to obtain the plan I deliver and I explain to the developer.
