Wordpress theme developer partnership

I would like to either hire or parter with a wordpress and joomla theme developer to create custom these for sale to clients. I own 2 Premium domain names related to theme sales. One of these domain names was the #1 ranked site in Google for wordpress themes until 3yrs ago when my site was hacked and I lost all the content. I am now looking to kick off the sites again and sell premium themes either as a standalone theme or as part of a theme package i.e. $49 for 1 theme or $79 to access all themes, support and PSD files etc. I am looking for someone to partner with me, develop the themes, support customers and we will revenue share. I am also willing to split all revenues 60/40 with the developer, or you can quote me a per theme cost and how much you would take to maintain and update the themes as needed as this would be an ongoing relationship. I am looking for a developer to create a framework theme, that our customers will become familiar with, then develop the themes around this. Think of elegant themes and themify and this is what I want to do. I will pay for all ads, SEO and getting customers to the site, as I am expert in SEO and marketing, but not in wordpress coding. Initially I am looking for theme admin framework and then 5 themes to be created, with PSD files. These will all be premium themes and need to be best in class. Then the intent is to develop 2+ themes per month and keep on adding to the site. This is a rare chance for a theme developer to be invited to be part of something that could be huge, and develop themes and share in the revenue on a long term business relationship.
