Wordpress Website for Chiropractor Practice

Hi There, We are looking for a Wordpress Specialist that specializes in creating websites for Chiropractors, Plastic Surgeons, Dentists, etc. We need you to create a beautiful looking, modern design website for our client. Here is an example website that we like for inspiration: [login to view URL] The look and feel must be similar to the website mentioned above. HD images will be provided later. Once we have received your proposal we will be able to share details, content and all relevant information. Here's what we need from you for this project: • Mobile-responsive Wordpress site • Create site based on wireframes (will be provided) • Sticky menu at the top (check the top menu on [login to view URL] it stays on the page as a user scrolls down) • Parallax effect in transitions on scrolling (so only the text moves and the background image stays still in the background as a user scrolls down the page) • Up to 7 pages total (content will be provided including all HD images, videos) • Website content must be editable by our client (without any programming knowledge). We must be able to log in to Wordpress and edit content on pages and add / remove pages as needed) • Main Headlines and Sub-headlines (like in the above the fold area here: [login to view URL]) - This info will be provided with wireframes • We will need to add a Call-to-Action button under the Main Headline in the above the fold area - They do not have a main CTA above the fold on this site [login to view URL] • Must include a Contact Us Form that sends an email with the message • The site must load fast and run smoothly. The site must meet google speed test with a 90% rating ([login to view URL]) • Website must be SEO-optimized from the beginning (further SEO will be a future project) • Will need a bottom menu (will be provided in wireframes) • Will need to have links to client's social media accounts on the website • Integration with a patient booking portal • Should have location of client's practice shown in Google Maps • Multiple revisions until the project is deemed finished Requirements: MUST Have: • Experience setting up, designing and creating beautiful Wordpress websites for Chiropractors, Dentists, etc. (Any healthcare industry is fine but MUST be healthcare) • Knowledge of how to build and optimize landing pages Nice to Have: • Experience with creating websites / landing pages based on buyer personas How to Apply: Please include the word wonthaggi in your reply so I can see that you’ve carefully read the requirements.
