We are going to build a platform that serving party A ("planners") and party B ("travelers"). Party A are a group of day trip planners and Party B are travelers. Travelers will be able to check the plans and make appointments with planners. Indeed, they will choose an available date and pay the whole amount of services fee at the time they make the appointment. Requirement: A mobile responsive website with clear and modern design. iOS and Android will be also created for this project (on the next stage). What do we expect? 1. Clear and user-friendly layout and functions within the web and App 2. Confirmation emails will be sent when registration or appointment is made 3. Automatic system emails will be sent in the appropriate moment 4. Payment System for international travelers (Properly USD will be the main currency in default) 5. 24 hour time zone appointment system (It is because we are serving travelers and planners worldwide) 6. In-built chatting system between Admins and Planners (Internal chat) 7. In-built chatting system between Admins and Travelers (Services chat) 8. In-built chatting system between Planners and Travelers (Necessary chatting system especially before the appointments is made) 9. Personalized main pages and the column of editor’s choice will be created and generated depending on the user’s preference (So we have to track what users prefer or browsed, or they may choose what kind of trips they prefer when they registered) 10. Search Function based on keywords, location and types 11. Tag and category system for plans 12. Rating and review system for users 13. Reserve a number of spaces for ads 14. Newsletter part to collect email for marketing campaign Functions for party A, B and C Party A ("planners") 1. Planner Registration form (Information needed to be submitted in the registration including but not only words, pictures, videos, PDFs, presentation slides....etc.) They will have a unique ID after registration. 2. Dashboard showing the statistics of their own appointments (For example, it shows that how many tours were completed, the total amount, the past record, the new appointments and the upcoming events) 5. Announcement board for planners (It shows announcement including news videos and notices in words monthly) 6. Date availability form (To set dates that open for bookings, bookings are unavailable in default until they are set to be available) 7. Plans publication form (and also amendment function for the plans) (A form that the planners filling in the information about the day trip. For example, it require the planners to fill in the number of spots, details of the spots, services fee required, time consumption, maximum number of people for that trip….etc ) 8.
