I would like to hire a Programmer

First of all, it's fairly simple work, I'm told. One project is a website that I and my son, a programmer, put together for a client some years ago and now, they are ready for a major update. I have worked with the client to prepare the website "pages" and navigation as to their requirements, but my programmer has taken a completely time consuming but rewarding job creating software. Consequently has no time to work with me on these projects. With this project, there will need to be new code written to make the site mobile user 'friendly', plus there are new pages and different links and one new page that will be interactive between the viewer and client. What I do is to "design" the site, write the text, set up the graphics, text, etc. on a Photoshop "page", then when approved by the client, I transfer all the psd files to a private domain, where he would download (all files having all the bells, toots and whistles needed to make a css page or php... whatever) and work the rest of the project. There are other ways to do it, but that particular method was most convenient for us. At this time, I have just two projects in house, the above mentioned to be accomplished first. I do not expect to attract much more work as I am trying very hard to be retired. However, I have a number of clients who take my "no thank you" as an invitation to pile more work on my pathetic old self. So who knows? Thank you for your consideration.
