Write a complex WordPress Plugin that automates the delivery of staging environments and the cleaning of WP sites for our hosting business

We require a complex WordPress Plugin that automates the delivery of staging environments and the cleaning of WP sites for our hosting service. Put another way, we want to develop a branded WP plugin that anyone could download for free that would enable them to make a copy of their WordPress Website (files and Database) and then make a copy of it that would work on our hosting platform. To do this job we would suggest that Duplicator ([login to view URL]) be forked as a base starting point. Then the following additions would be needed: - Customized Branding - Automating the process so that when a snapshot is taken it's automatically delivered to our hosting environment where a sub domain is setup for it (via Plesk API's) so that it is fully functional as an identical mirror / staging area. - A "Re-Sync to staging" feature needs to be added so that when clicked the files and database are re-imported from the source to the staging environment with just one click (with a pop-up confirmation alert). - A "Sync to Live" feature needs to be added so that when changes are made to the staging area they can be migrated back to the live production version of the site with just one click (with a pop-up confirmation alert). - A "Sync to Live in the future" feature needs to be added so that when changes are made to the staging area they can be migrated back to the live production version of the site that will include the option to set the date and time of the sync (as managed by crontab). -A "Create link to staging" option should be included so that when selected a 301 redirect rule is set in the .htaccess file of the source so that when someone navigates to [login to view URL] it will redirect them to the new copy of the site on our servers that is created. - A "Clean the site" option should be included so that when selected the plugin will install all new core WordPress files from a trusted repository as well as for each plugin where the files for each can also be downloaded for those plugins. In addition at runtime the script should search though all files located in the /wp-content/uploads/ file structure and remove any .php files or files that have base64 encoding in them. PLEASE INCLUDE A DETAILED PLAN IN YOUR PROPOSAL. SUMMARY RESPONSES WILL BE IGNORED.
