Write a detailed report on why certain IT events are happening and how they came about.

Hello All, I am in a confrontation with my workplace at the moment, they are trying to tell me that I have been developing my wordpress website while at work using the workplace servers. This is not true and have not done what they have said but I do not have to knowledge or expertise to explain why this is. I have an audit report of my internet usage that contains urls, time & date, ip addresses and time on sight... this file will be supplied to you. The questionable urls from my workplace are urls such as; "my site" wp-admin/[login to view URL] tcp:// "my site" ....and other urls that they believe to be from my backend. I need someone that can explain this in technical and plain terms and the person must be a qualified expert so as the short report can be reliable. For someone that knows what they are talking about it shouldn't be a hard or long project, I only require a very short report even if its just one page, just as long as it contains the information and explanation required.
