Build a php web based real estate management system with sms billing, i require a user friendly GUI .im looking to have a system developed whereby apartments/property caretakers input billing data such as water bills ,security [login to view URL] through mobile phones. the data is saved on a database. the owner or the landlord has a different graphical user interface where they can log in to view their specific property data.a the end of each month the system should automatically bill the tenants via sms. this project is mostly concerned wit sms billing to tenants .the lowest but qualified bidder gets award the project. to know you read through include a suggestion. i have more projects and the freelancer who gets awarded this project will have a chance to work on them.i would prefer if it is completed within 3 days
