Write some Software, With given lists, Software will 1 Email, 2 Fax,

The Business Project, includes several software designs all will be marketing related internet based backend functions. Our company sells a truck rental service nation wide. We are authorized dealers, we would like to send emails, faxes, and place liner ads. Our over all project consists of the works, as we grow and scale. We want to keep it simple at this point in time. So I have lists of email and lists of fax numbers to businesses. The Fax numbers will receive a 1 page graphic as a reminder to use our truck rental services. The emails will receive the same graphic. I want to send this graphic reminder out to theses lists. So simply put the graphic gets sent out, the person whom will be starting the emails and faxes, will need to build a simple dash-board. and the email and fax function will be part of this dash-board. So as the emailing and faxing will be done in-house for the next campaigns, this dash board has to be simple, simple. To send an email batch , a selection of what graphic will be sent can be chosen, and the list for either function can be up-loaded quick and easy, in that same space. So I need to email and fax first. That is the start of the new progect.
