Hi! My understanding of the trouble is as follows: You have data in XML an file and you need them uploaded onto your site. I bet that the database is MySQL and the only possible access is via phpmyadmin. At the first glance I can see two ways to achieve what you need: 1) to explore XML upload options of pmpmyadmin (I know there are some) 2) to transform your XML into series of INSERT statements I am afraid that the task is going to be a non-standard one and it will require further investigation - that is why I have set the bid amount above your budget.
