Hi, I'm a software and systems engineer form an R&D background(NOT a web developer) but, as a technical architect, I would recommend - as one possible solution- that you create a software or web page, that ALL brokers can use, to input their properties. That web page or software can contain ALL necessary fields(both common ones, and custom ones). and then the software can save that data to an standardised XML file or, straight to the MySQL DB? It's just one possible route to take. :) Saludos

I have tried this in my previous project from spain. But it seems that there was lot of misunderstanding during the project development. But i have more work experience of parsing the xml feeds. I suggest that you may categorize these feeds depending on field names provided and then we can make arrangement of parsing these fields to mysql database. I am eager to work on this. Thank you.

i am ready to work on this project please do message me for more details. we must have multiple parsers for the different file formats . but if you are agree then i can make provide you a common interface where you will fine a dropdown and file upload option . if your client is known to you and we have the parsing logic for him.. so we will make an entry for this and your client will select his name or company name and uploads the document. then it will parsers and do the common data entry as per your system requirements. in feature also we just need to add simple parsing logic for new clients without modifying the existing system. and adding the support to the new file format is upto you..if the client is very important then you must do it ..otherwise you can provide the structure to such clients for whom you dont want to implement the parsing ... hope you understand it ... if you dont i am always ready to help you... freelancer is new to me but not technology.!!!
